London Bikeathon

Terms and conditions

1. By entering the London Bikeathon you agree to abide by the conditions of entry and any instructions given to you by the organisers and officials of the Leukaemia Research London Bikeathon.

2. All riders agree to follow the Highway Code at all times and respect other road users. Being an entrant in the London Bikeathon does not give you the right of way on the roads at any time.

3. Your entry fee is non refundable under any circumstances.

4. Your rider number will be sent to you prior to the event and must be worn on your T-shirt during the ride.

5. By entering the London Bikeathon, you give permission for the free use of your name, voice or picture in any broadcast, telecast, advertising, promotion or other account of this event. These may be used more generally to illustrate the kind of event that Leukaemia Research organises and the people who get involved with the organisation.

6. In the event of the ride being cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to contact all entrants prior to the day where possible. You are advised to check this website for updates prior to the event.

7. Each rider is responsible for his or her own personal safety at all times.

8. By entering the London Bikeathon, all riders agree to wear the official London Bikeathon t-shirt and raise money for Leukaemia Research only.
